Key Points for Renewal
Courier Fee is Mandatory: The Rs. 480 Courier Fee is included in all renewal applications to ensure your new license card is delivered securely to your address.
Renewal Fine: The fees listed above are without fine. The official notice states: “If a person apply for renewal of driving license and original license is not available than duplicate fee will be added.” Additionally, applications submitted after the license expiration date may incur a penalty fine.
Combined License Rule: If you are renewing a combined license (e.g., M/Cycle + LTV), the fee is calculated based on the highest fee category included in your application.
Free for Invalid Carriage: Renewal for the 'Invalid Carriage' category is free, but the mandatory Rs. 480 courier fee still applies.
