Important Notes on Duplicate Licenses
Fixed Courier Fee: The Rs. 480 Courier Fee is added to all applications. This covers the safe printing and delivery of your new license card to your specified address.
Combination Licenses: For any license that combines multiple categories (e.g., M/Cycle + Car, LTV + PSV), the note clearly states: "In any combination the fee of highest fee category will be applicable." This ensures the process accounts for the most complex license class you hold.
Minimal Fees for Smaller Vehicles: Duplicate fees for smaller, single-category vehicles like M/Cycle and Rickshaw are Rs. 100, resulting in a total cost of Rs. 580.
Free for Invalid Carriage: The 'Duplicate Fee' for an Invalid Carriage is waived (Free), meaning the total cost is just the Courier Fee of Rs. 480.
